Ans: We give out free products because we get products from many companies around the world. These companies are normally overstocked with a particular product and may want to decrease their inventory, make seasonal changes, or even test products, or give out product samples to customers to market their brand. Some companies may not do free products but want their items sold at great discounts or the lowest price. Hence, in addition, to giving away free products our company also sells regularly priced or discounted items.
2. How do I get free products?
Ans: Free products are available only to our subscribers who have opted in our mailing(email) list. Subscribers are first notified when there is a free product promotion and a coupon code to redeem in our online store. Mostly these free products are limited and they go fast. To be able to get free products you must subscribe to our email list.
3. Do I have to pay shipping to get free products?
Ans: Yes, customers must pay for shipping on all free products. This is because although we are giving out these products for free, we not responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer and neither does the shipping companies like FedEx, USPS, UPS and so on offer us free shipping.
The shipping cost of free products varies based on the location of the buyer and our warehouse location.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Ans: Yes, but with some limitations. Some countries are excluded due to high shipping fees.
5. Who pays for the import taxes?
VAT, IMPORT TAXES. Some countries require customers to pay import taxes before receiving their product and this is a buyer responsibility to pay and collect their item. Refund will not be issued if buyer refused to collect product at the receiving country.
6. Use of coupons
We offer a lot of coupons in our store but, only one coupon can be used per transaction. Some coupons can be used multiple times and others may be limited to one per customer. We understand that some customers see great deals and want to get some for their friend and loved ones. Coupons are available to all our email subscribers. Our free shipping coupon is always available for domestic and international shipping.
7. Why did part of my order arrive, where are the other purchased?
We ship from separate warehouses for different products, so your items would have come with separate tracking numbers. if so, we would inform you accordingly! Please contact us if you don't receive all your items.

2. Are there any fees or timeshare presentations to go or catch?
There's absolutely no timeshare presentations or anything that you have to go to, so you can do whatever you want on your trip! The only fees that you'll have to cover are an $18 redemption and administration fee right after you register and pay the room taxes, which currently are around $15 / night.
3. How do I redeem my free vacation voucher?
You redeem your offer online using the link we send you. You must use your hotel stay within one year from the stamped issue date. If you follow all of the terms on the reservation request form, you should receive a pre-confirmation letter from the travel provider within 10 to 15 days. You should make a photocopy of the completed reservation request form that you send to the travel provider so that you have their contact information in case you need to follow up with them, or have any additional questions.
